Botany Food Facility leased in under a week

GetFish has leased a 596sqm food production & cold store facility at 18 Clevedon Street, Botany from a local private for a five-year term paying $372 per sqm gross + GST.

 

The property features multiple cool-rooms and freezer, secure 24/7 access and seven car spaces on-grade.

 

The deal was negotiated by Jake Savery & Nick Mallett of Cushman & Wakefield, who said an offer was accepted a day after the property was listed above asking rent, highlighting strong demand for ready to occupy food production and cold storage space in South Sydney.
