The building is constructed of steel columns and beams fireproofed with concrete or terra-cotta tile. The King and Yonge Street facades are constructed of limestone and are adorned with Greek style fluted columns with Corinthian capitals rising from the ground to the third floor. The walls above the fourth floor are of cut terra-cotta blocks. The walls at the north and east elevations are of clay brick. On the north and east they are steel sash casement windows. The recently renovated lobby faces King Street. The walls are travertine, the floors of reconstituted marble chips and the ceiling is mirror glass. Improved with carpet flooring, vinyl wall coverings and suspended acoustic tile ceilings. Serviced by 5 automatic Otis elevators.
