Nicolas Horky works at Cushman & Wakefield as Partner and Head of Hotel Transactions CEE &  SEE regions, where he leads the team across Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. He is responsible for managing and developing the team, selecting hotel operators, and collaborating with investment teams in various countries across the region.

With more than 15 years of experience in hotel real estate, Nicolas has held roles at Orco Property Group in cities like Prague, Paris, and Zagreb. He later joined Principal Real Estate Europe in London, focusing on hotel management and transactions. In 2020, he became a partner at SNH Consulting, and most recently, in 2023, he led the international project financing team at Photon Energy Group.
