Richard Hwang is the general manager of Cushman & Wakefield's Korea office and leads the office in all aspects of investment, office and retail transactions and leasing, business development, and development advisory and consulting, including commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to providing strategic real estate advice to global and major Korean corporations as they strive to expand and diversify their business operations in Korea, he also plays a strategic advisory role in office investment advisory and leasing execution based on his relationships with major office building owners. Through his close business relationships with various investors and landlords, he has played a leading role in the transformation of the Korean real estate industry.
