Ryan Bellows is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. A member of the twelve-person, Atlanta-based team, Mr. Bellows specializes in the disposition of industrial investment properties throughout the southeastern United States. In addition, he specializes in land and pre-development, speculative construction, build to suit construction, and construction financing.  Since joining the Capital Markets Group in 2022, Mr. Bellows has been involved in disposition assignments for properties valued in excess of $10 billion for many of the most prominent investors in the United States. 

Prior to joining the Capital Markets Group, Mr. Bellows served as a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services practice. In this role, Mr. Bellows provided strategic site selection, financial analysis, and transactional services for institutional owners, developers, and tenants. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Mr. Bellows has been involved in transactions totalling an excess of 4,000,000 SF.
