Sethena is a Director with nine years of corporate real estate experience. She has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2011 and provides tenant representation services to occupiers in Silicon Valley along with multi-market representation for transactions throughout the United Sates. Through her commitment to represent corporate occupier clients through all aspects of strategic planning and transaction management, she provides a high level of service without conflict.

Sethena represents technology companies, professional service firms and government agencies. She recently completed significant transactions in Silicon Valley for ABB, Bosch, and Veritas. In addition, she exclusively represents SAS, the world’s largest privately held business analytics company, in all U.S. transactions and ABB, a technology leader in the utility, transportation and infrastructure industries, on a regional level.

Sethena has an extensive research background and previously held the role of Senior Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield. During her tenure in Research she developed extensive experience evaluating and analyzing the Silicon Valley commercial real estate market as well as specialized asset classes such as Data Centers and Life Science in major national markets. Her focus on Silicon Valley and complementary broad view cultivates a high level understanding of drivers in both the local and national commercial real estate markets.
