Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield Core in September 2023 with 26 years of experience in valuation, consultancy and research services. His professional valuation experience has been gained within leading international practices with geographical coverage incorporating UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Europe and United Kingdom (UK).
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core Paul practiced in the UAE, Oman and Bahrain heading the Cavendish Maxwell Commercial Valuation Department plus CBRE, Abu Dhabi Office providing 15 years of GCC valuation, development and feasibility advice to major developers, international and local banks, lending institutions, investors, owner-occupiers as well as accountants, private offices, legal firms, insurance companies and insolvency practitioners.
Paul delivers valuations across all property asset classes including large complex master plan developments of mixed uses (office, retail and residential), shopping malls, office, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality, educational plus specialist assets (zoos and aquariums, aviation, museums, healthcare, tank farms, dairy farms, waste management, wharfs, islands, etc) incorporating Plant and Machinery plus Business Assets assignments.
Paul trained and practiced in the UK for 11 years prior to relocating to the GCC. He worked for companies including Gerald Eve (Valuation and Consultancy), Avison Young / GVA UK (Valuation), Cushman and Wakefield / Formerly DTZ (Valuation) and GL Hearn (Development and Valuation) in London, UK.
