Cushman & Wakefield wins exactly at the reception of Prologis Cajamar II

The success of the business is the result of a restructuring in the company's Transactions area, which outlined strategies to build and resume relationships with some owners and players in the real estate market, including Prologis.

Throughout 2022, the company strengthened its relationship with the customer and was even able to operate in other services, such as real estate appraisal.

At the beginning of 2023, Cushman & Wakefield was invited to participate in a competition involving around 5 projects and was chosen for the exclusive commercialization of Prologis Cajamar II.

The work of the Transactions team has been guided by thorough market research, which has provided important information about the region, occupants, profiles, segments, space dimensions, etc.

The team is divided into different fronts and strategies for prospecting occupants, with internal Marketing support in the production of materials and development of campaigns.

Eric Ammirati, Lease Manager, says that despite the trend towards stabilization in the e-commerce sector, the market for logistics warehouses in Brazil has a lot to grow and is still going through a good moment, as shown by the positive numbers in the latest reports by Cushman & Wakefield.

The Prologis Cajamar II is easily accessible from Rodovia Anhanguera and less than 12 km from Rodovia dos Bandeirantes - the two best in the country, responsible for connecting important economic centers, such as the regions of São Paulo, Jundiaí, Campinas and Ribeirão Preto. In addition to being located just 15 km from the western section of the Rodoanel Mário Covas, a route that has facilitated the transport of goods and merchandise to the Port of Santos, the largest in Latin America.
