Marjan Gigov Joins as Specialist for Leasing Premium and Luxury Retail Spaces in Central Europe at Cushman & Wakefield

Marjan Gigov brings over 20 years of experience in real estate. Since 2018, he has worked as Director and Head of Retail Agency at Colliers in Prague, where he led key projects in retail leasing and development of business strategies. He represented luxury brands such as CELINE and FURLA on Pařížská Street and was responsible for leasing shopping centers. Previously, he held the position of Brand Director at the KOTVA PRAGUE shopping center for PSN or Senior Consultant at JLL, successfully developing the expansion of international retailers into the Czech market.
In his new role, Marjan will leverage his extensive experience to develop and expand luxury brands. His main tasks will include leasing spaces, negotiating lease agreements, and providing strategic advice for existing and new premium and luxury retail brands in the Czech Republic and the Central European region. Utilizing his extensive experience, he will focus on the growth and success of clients in this segment and the development of spaces, particularly on Prime High Streets.
Marjan Gigov graduated from Mihajlo Pupin Electro-Technical College with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics and speaks seven world languages.
His hobbies include interior design, badminton, and traveling.
