Kristýna Milovanović serves as Associate and the Head of Retail Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield. In her position, she leads a team that provides strategic advice to retail brands entering and expanding within the Czech market. She works closely with retail clients, securing suitable leasing spaces and helping them develop their business strategies locally.

Kristýna has extensive experience in retail leasing and tenant advisory. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, she has successfully worked with brands such as Claire’s, IKEA, and L’Oréal. She has played a key role in managing leasing for major clients and facilitating the expansion of numerous international brands in the Czech market.
