The strategic consulting team leads the industry in many fields by closely integrating its services with China’s national strategic development initiatives. In 2022, the team won 309 New Urbanization, 24 TOD, and two Belt & Road high-level strategic contracts. This allowed the team to establish strategic partnerships with many local governments and state-owned enterprises, while joining world-class forums as guest speakers. Last year, the consulting team created two new innovative platforms: the Ecology-oriented Development (EOD) platform and the Enterprise Operations Strategic Development platform.
