Fenny leads our Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

She helps tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with their property requirements.

Fenny has been in the real estate advisory business for around 20 years, joining the Cushman & Wakefield family in 2008. She is skilled in office relocation assessment, move-versus-stay evaluation, commercial negotiation representations, and commercial lease agreement review.

Fenny is hands-on and engaged in the day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring high quality service delivery in a timely manner.

• Completion of CoreNet Global’s professional designation programs – Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) in December 2014.

• Bachelor of Marketing and Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, USA.
