The Cork office has grown over this period to be a market leader in commercial property in the region. The office now has an on site team of 16 which works closely with our offices in Dublin, Galway, Limerick as well as our international colleagues. The Cork Office is led by Peter O’Flynn, Peter has over 30 years’ experience working as a Chartered Surveyor in both the Dublin and regional commercial markets and has an excellent knowledge of all asset classes within regional markets while specialising in Global Occupier Services, office and investment markets. Cushman & Wakefield provides a multi-disciplinary agency service from our Cork office, the team is led by Seán Healy, Director. Sean has built up extensive experience in providing leasing and acquisition advice to a range of institutional and private clients as well as overseeing the Professional Services and Asset Services departments.
Seán Healy is also involved in the developer, landlord and tenant occupier side of the business working closely with Peter O’Flynn on their real estate requirements as well as working with global occupiers in the Cork region.
Peter O’Flynn and Philip Horgan head up the retail and development land sectors where they work with Frank Ryan who has over 40 years experience in Cork and works with private clients and development assets.

With Cork’s strong multi-national presence in the pharma, biopharma, tech and cyber security and financial industries, the Cork team also have extensive expertise and experience in tenant acquisition and strategic property advice and have been involved in some of the largest office acquisitions in Cork City in schemes such as EastGate Business Park, One Albert Quay, The Capitol, 85 South Mall, Penrose Dock, Horgan’s Quay, Navigation Square and Westside Ballincollig.
We have a dedicated and highly experienced valuation team in the Cork office which is headed up by Eoin Ryan MSCSI MRICS who works with Steven Denehan and Eoin Cashman, the department has great depth of skill and experience in the valuation of land and buildings on a national basis.
