Sander is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he holds the position of Head of Leasing. He is a member of the Netherlands Executive Committee. He also leads an Industrial & Logistics agency team in the south of the Netherlands (including the Rotterdam region).

Known for his passion, structured approach and teamwork, Sander oversees a nationwide leasing team consisting of regional specialists complemented by experts from various disciplines within Cushman & Wakefield. As part of the Management Team, they manage 80 professionals dedicated to helping clients with their commercial real estate needs, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, renovations, and strategic advice for corporate locations.

The nationally operating Industrial & Logistics team is made up of regional specialists and, where necessary, supplemented with experts from other countries and disciplines within the Cushman & Wakefield organization, such as Valuations, Capital Markets, Global Occupier Services and PDS.
