Willemijn is a Research Consultant within the service line Real Estate Strategy & Innovation. In March 2020, Willemijn started as a graduation intern within the Research Team. With her thesis on the effect of agglomeration factors on office rents in the Netherlands, she obtained her master’s degree in Economic Geography, after which she joined Cushman & Wakefield in her current role.

On a daily basis, Willemijn deals with both internal and external real estate related issues, which she answers using our data. Her focus is on market analyses which indicate the real estate dynamics of a certain target group and/or sector.
