Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for leasing the space for the arrival of the Italian retailer in Portugal
Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, announces that it has assisted the Italian retailer Candy Lisa with their arrival in Portugal. The store will open this summer, in Chiado, more specifically next to the Santa Justa Elevator.
Founded in 2015, Candy Lisa is an Italian retailer that has 37 stores across Italy and some European cities, with the Italian group's brand image being the sweetness and harmony of its sweets, combined with the fun and extravagance of the most iconic cartoons and superheroes.
In this new candy store in downtown Lisbon, people can find displays in the form of wooden barrels, entirely designed, and manufactured by Italian artisans, as well as models of several famous cartoons, also carefully handcrafted. Sweets are the company's biggest star and promise to take kids and adults on a journey through different colors, textures, and flavors.
For Sandra Belo, Associate of the Retail Department at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, “finding an appropriate location to open the first Candy Lisa store in Portugal was a challenge that we immediately accepted and with this achievement we supported an international brand, with an innovative concept, to move to Portugal.” Sandra Belo adds that “this space, next to the Santa Justa Elevator, has the right profile for Candy Lisa’s bold vision, something that the owner, which we represented, has believed from the first minute.”
