Evropské hotelové transakce dosáhly v první polovině roku 2024 pětiletého maxima. Transakce v první polovině roku vzrostly na více než 11,6 miliardy EUR, což je nejvyšší šestiměsíční objem od roku 2019. V České republice byly investice do hotelu ve stejném období 35,2 milionu EUR.
