Chee Jin has more than 15 years of real estate investment management experience with proven track record in managing transactions within consultancy firm, private equity fund manager and listed real estate developer.

Over the past 15 years, Chee Jin was involved in multiple key transactions of more than $7 billion spanning across diverse real estate sectors in Singapore. Some of the recent significant transactions that he has concluded include Bugis Junction Towers, Twenty Anson, Ascott Raffles Place, Tampines Grande, Afro Asia Building and Wilkie Edge.

Chee Jin joined C&W from Colliers International where he held a similar role in advising institutional clients in investment transactions for seven years. Prior to joining Colliers, Chee Jin was an advisor to a local conglomerate listed in SGX and ASX focusing on real estate investments in the region.

Before that, Chee Jin worked in the investment and asset management team at MGPA (a private equity real estate firm now owned by BlackRock) where he was responsible in originating, underwriting and managing real estate investment opportunities in Asia for its Asia Fund II and III with total equity commitment of US$5 billion.
