บริษัท คุชแมน แอนด์ เวคฟีลด์ เซอร์วิสเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และทีมงานผู้ประเมินหลัก ได้รับคำเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) ของประเทศไทย (The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand) ในการเป็นบริษัทประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน และผู้ประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน สำหรับธุรกรรมในตลาดทุน ทั้งนี้ทีมงานยังเป็นสมาชิกของสมาคมผู้ประเมินค่าทรัพย์สินแห่งประเทศไทย (VAT) สมาชิกของสมาคมผู้ประเมินค่าทรัพย์สินไทย (TVA) และผู้ประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สินลงทะเบียนและสมาชิกของสถาบัน Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) ซึ่งเป็นสมาคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักวิชาชีพอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร ในประเทศอังกฤษ

• ทรัพย์สินเชิงการพัฒนา ได้แก่ การแบ่งแปลงที่ดินเพื่อขาย การแบ่งแปลงที่ดินเพื่อพัฒนาโครงการต่างๆ
• รัพย์สินประเภททางเลือกอื่น ได้แก่ อาคารเชิงพาณิชย์ผสม ศูนย์ข้อมูล โรงเรียนนานาชาติ ที่พักนักศึกษา
• ทรัพย์สินประเภทเช่า ได้แก่ สิทธิ์การเช่า สิทธิกรรมสิทธิ์ที่ติดภาระผูกพันธ์ การศึกษาอัตราค่าเช่าตลาด สำหรับการเข้าทำสัญญาหรือต่อสัญญาเช่าใหม่
