Juan Carlos is one of a handful of industry professionals to have a successful career in both Brokerage and Development roles. Since his return to Brokerage in 2016, Juan Carlos has completed transactions exceeding US $120 Million and has specialized in large-scale, complex projects, including the sale of the 1.34 Million SF stabilized ATISA Portfolio to Public REIT VESTA in December 2017, and the sale of the FINSA Alamar Industrial Park 22 Hectare Lot to Prudential Global Investment Management in March 2019.

During his 8+ year tenure with Verde Realty (acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in 2013), he was progressively promoted to VP and Market Officer responsible for leasing and evaluation of investment opportunities for approximately 5.2 million SF of the company’s portfolio located throughout Tijuana, Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua City, Lathrop and Stockton (Northern California, USA). In 2012 he was promoted to Director of Acquisitions for Mexico.

Prior to joining Verde Realty, Juan Carlos was an Associate Director with NAI Mexico where he was the company’s Broker of the Year in 2006. While at NAI Mexico he worked with several multinational firms and Fortune 500 companies to successfully complete major real estate transactions throughout the country’s premier industrial markets.

Juan Carlos is widely recognized throughout Mexico as one of the top real estate professionals; a reputation he has built over his 20+ year career in the industry.
