With over 20 years' experience in the property industry across multiple states, Adrian’s focus on investment grade and portfolio divestment across Australia has seen him utilise his strong network of institutional and private clients as well as local and international buyers and sellers.

Adrian has transacted in excess of $10Billion sales since the beginning of 2016 and has executed some of the largest Industrial transactions ever seen in the Australian market, including the sale of the Milestone portfolio last year, valued at AU$3.8 billion.

With a Bachelor of Business (Property) degree, and having previously specialised in both freehold and leasehold assets, valuations and consultancy as well as industrial investment transactions, Adrian’s technical expertise, valuation skill set and understanding of investment drivers enables him to provide detailed feasibility and cash flow modelling to his clients and demonstrate how the value of the asset can be maximised.
