Since 2021, Luke Etherington has served as Managing Director, Victoria at Cushman & Wakefield. With 22 years of real estate experience, comprising five years at CBRE as Director of Capital Markets – Institutional Investments, where he successfully marketed and transacted over $3 billion in commercial property. Prior to that, he spent nine years at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFS) as Senior Manager of Direct Property Transactions and Regional Portfolio Manager of a commercial property fund. During Luke’s tenure at CFS, he successfully transacted approximately $4 billion in commercial, industrial, and retail sales and managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of Commercial Office assets. He has also worked at CBH Investment and JLL.

Luke’s extensive and diverse real estate background has enabled him to develop strong working relationships with Institutional Investors, Superannuation Funds, Investment Banks & Lenders, Wealthy Private Investors, Developers, Agents, and Tenants. Building and maintaining these relationships has been instrumental to his career success. Luke’s strengths encompass strategic transaction management, funds management, a deep understanding of buyers and their mandates, asset & property management, and extensive knowledge of real estate debt markets.
