Sam brings to Cushman & Wakefield more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. Sam’s exceptional stakeholder management skills together with his deep technical knowledge managing the full life cycle of a project from inception to delivery are demonstrated through his hands on approach.

Sam’s portfolio of successfully completed projects include commercial offices, retail outlets, utilities and petroleum facilities. In addition to project management skills, Sam is experienced in value engineering, design management, and construction.

In his role as State Director WA, Sam is responsible for driving the operations of the Project and Development Services team, overseeing the delivery of all projects undertaken by the WA team including the client-side project management of the new workplaces for Microsoft, Jacobs and Rabobank.
