Shaun has over 35 years’ experience in Australia’s property and construction market. During this time Shaun has provided a variety of senior construction and property consulting roles to some of Australia’s leading firms including listed property trusts, superannuation funds, property fund managers, corporates, government agencies, developers and private investors. In addition to the above roles, Shaun has served as Qld State Chair and National Board Director of the Facility Management Association (FMA), sat on a number of advisory committee of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), written a number of published articles relating to construction, asset and facility management, addressed industry association conferences and acted as a guest presenter at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) for a period of 10 years. Shaun is an accredited Quantity Surveyor, holds a Builders License (Project Management) with the Qld Building and Construction Commission and is a registered Tax Agent. Shaun is highly regarded within the property industry as a specialist consultant is the areas of Technical Due Diligence, Asset Condition Audits, Make Good Schedules and Property Taxation Services.
