Tom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate while completing his Bachelor of Property & Real Estate / Bachelor of Laws.

Tom began working for Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial & logistics team as an Analyst in 2021. In this role, Tom developed a detailed understanding of Melbourne’s North-Western industrial market analysing transactions, ownership and market trends. With this knowledge, Tom was promoted in 2022 to an Executive role focussing on sales and leasing in Western Melbourne. Tom has established a track record in the Western market for both private developers and institutional clients. both private and government clients.
