Mr. Bussière has been with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. since 1988, beginning his sales career shortly after having obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from l’Université du Québec à Montréal.  He holds the designated title of Chartered Real Estate Agent from l’Association des Courtiers et Agents Immobiliers du Québec which is only handed out to agents who respond to very strict criteria in regards to their education and experience.

He was invited several times to the President’s Round Table where he was awarded in recognition for his exceptional sales performance.  He has enjoyed exceptional long-term selling and has been recognized for his loyalty and significant contributions to the success of the company.

In recognition of his outstanding devotion to his clients and to the company, Mr. Bussière was promoted to Associate Vice-President Industrial division in 2001.

Since the beginning of the 2010 calendar year, his sales volume has achieved new heights totaling approx 1,760,000 sq ft in Sale and Lease transactions for a total value exceeding $75,950,000.00.  Number one salesperson for the Suburban office for a number of years, his 26 years of experience makes him one of the rare specialists of his field in Montreal.
