Joan Firnhaber Promoted to Lead Twin Cities’ Project and Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield; Jennifer Stumm to lead Occupier Team

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, December 12, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm promoted Joan Firnhaber, LEED AP O&M, and Jennifer Stumm, LEED AP ID+C, to lead Twin Cities’ Project and Development Services (PDS).
Firnhaber, Senior Director, will lead the overall PDS team and continue to head the team’s Investor Services group. She will guide Cushman & Wakefield’s local team in providing project and construction management services, from needs analysis, bidding and design through closeout and occupancy, for the firm’s owner/landlord clients. She joined a Cushman & Wakefield legacy firm in Minneapolis in 1999.
Stumm, Director, will lead the Occupier Services PDS team, which guides tenant-representation clients through the process of defining real estate needs, aligning those need with business goals and objectives, and then delivering design and construction services to realize the client’s vision for their workplace. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and has 20 years of design experience, representing both local and national corporate tenant improvement projects.
