Brian is the Executive Managing Director for the Valuation & Advisory group for Cushman & Wakefield, based in Toronto. In this role Brian leads a team of 70 valuation professionals located in 8 offices across Canada and meets with investors and lenders of real estate to understand their global valuation needs. Brian is also part of the Executive Leadership Team for Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation business across the Americas.

As part of Brian’s role, he oversees the business development efforts across the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield’s valuation business and is also the ESG Lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas valuation business.

In Canada, the team appraised over. 4,600 commercial properties in 2021 across all asset classes ranging from hotels to seniors housing to office and industrial buildings.

Globally, Cushman & Wakefield's valuation team appraised over 250,000 properties in 2021 representing over USD $3 trillion worth of commercial real estate. Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform enables the team to meet the increasing demands of investors and lenders around the world.

Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2004 and was previously the Managing Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for developing new business relationships. He has been a part of the Canadian Leadership Team since 2010.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brian spent five years as a top salesperson for IBM Canada, transacting over $50 million in business and ranking in the top 5 per cent of the sales force.
