Eric Shaw works for Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. (C&W), the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate firm. Eric’s primary focus is to advise both global and local corporations to assist his clients with locating the right office space solution and negotiating the most attractive lease terms. Eric and his team handle lease renewals, relocations and subleasing needs and provide services that include providing vacancy reports, financial analysis, lease analysis, negotiations, space design and strategic occupancy planning and project/construction management.

Eric has worked in the office leasing division since January 2004. In 2009, 2010 & 2012 he completed over 50 transactions per year and was given the John Hudson award which recognizes the agent that completes the most transactions in the office. Recent transactions of note include Travel Insurance Coordinators (TIC) (relocation of 32,000 square feet), Franco Nevada Corporation (relocation of 11,500 square feet) MacDonald & Partners (relocation of 9,000 square feet) and PWC (disposition of 90,000 square feet). Other recent clients include Wells Fargo, Morningstar, Market Wire, Unilever and Macquarie.
