George joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd in 1984 and is currently a Sales Representative in Commercial Sales and Office Leasing in C&W’s Southwestern Ontario Canada office. 2014 was his 30th year serving the London business community. George specializes in commercial and institutional real estate and over the past 30 years has been involved in some of the largest and most important real estate transactions in the London area. Equally at home working with multi-national corporations and local commercial interests, George has been responsible for a multitude of Office Leasing, Investment Sales and Land Development projects in the region.
Recognized by local developers, appraisers, and municipal officials as a leading authority on commercial real estate, especially the office market, in London Ontario, George also works closely with municipal agencies to promote the area’s commercial interests. Before becoming a commercial real estate agent, George managed his family’s business interests in Ontario and Michigan. George maintains a keen interest in the London area and has served on a number of local boards and commissions such as Creative Cities, Architectural Conservancy, Downtown Parking and is the past Chair of the Downtown Business Association, a member of the Mayor’s Task Force on Downtown, a Director of Covent Garden Market, past Chair of the London Public Library, past Chair of the Performing Arts Centre Board, and past Chair of the London Health Sciences Foundation.
He presently sits on the Grand Theatre board and the board of Governors of Fanshawe College. A lifelong Londoner, George is married with two teenage children.
