Joel Goulding is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield’s National Capital Markets Group. Joel has successfully completed over $325MM of high-profile office, retail and land transactions on behalf of private and institutional clients with extensive experience in Office, Retail, and alternative asset classes, (Life Sciences & Self-Storage).

Prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Joel was a member of a boutique commercial brokerage in Toronto which focused on periphery, emerging market leasing & sales. Joel was partnered with a senior broker who together managed a portfolio of +1MM sf of commercial office assets across Toronto and executed over 250+ office and retail lease transactions. Today, Joel continues to diligently track leasing market data and applies this intelligence to all investment transactions.

Joel is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario (Huron College) where he was also a member of the Western Men’s Varsity Squash Team. Outside of work, he continues to compete at a local and national level for squash in both singles and doubles, is an avid golfer, enjoys cycling & traveling.

Joel holds memberships to TREB, OREA, NAIOP and CCIM.
