Lance entered Commercial Real Estate in 1978 and has been active in the Edmonton commercial market for almost forty years. With a deep understanding of property management, development, and finance, as well as the nature of purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants, Lance has leased and sold an array of retail, industrial and office properties. Lance now concentrates his efforts on Investment sales in the Edmonton area.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, Lance owned his own National Commercial Real Estate firm under the DTZ Barnicke brand, which purchased the assets and operations of Cushman and Wakefield's worldwide operations. Lance is now a senior associate in our Investment division, operating under the Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton brand.
