- Matthew joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2002, initially coordinating the research activities for the office and retail divisions prior to joining the leasing and sales division. Now Senior Vice President, Matthew works with such notable landlords as Bosa Development, Morguard Investments, Porte Realty Ltd, Kunyuan International, Conwest Developments and Wesgroup on both listing and disposition business.
- He has a Real Estate Salesperson's and Sub Mortgage Broker's License from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Geography from the University of Victoria and a certificate from the Urban Development Institute’s School of Development.
- Matthew has proven his dedication to becoming a Vancouver periphery market expert and has been involved in many of the City’s largest land & investment sales over the last 19 years.
