AC Signature Club, Toronto, ON
Formally the Chairman’s Lounge built in 2001, MLSE was looking to expand and has since doubled the size of this premium bar lounge and fine dining restaurant. The restaurant now 8,600 SF has two bars, private dining rooms and a larger kitchen will new equipment. The team was challenged with a scope of work that doubled in size during the design to include the full kitchen renovation, equipment procurement and Concession Stand. The project was built over 14 weeks.

Real Sports Bar & Grill Renovation, Toronto, ON
Following comprehensive space utilization research, MLSE wanted to take advantage of the under-utilized areas within this 26,000 SF restaurant. The design de-emphasized “Sports” and created an upper casual dining environment suited to attracting traffic for the rapid growing core businesses a residential community. The restaurant’s occupancy count has since increased in capacity.

Confidential Top 5 Global Technology Company Office Fit Out, Toronto ON
Responsible for the project management and commissioning services for a High-Tech Company’s 12,532 SF interior fit-out project located at 120 Bremner Boulevard in Toronto, ON. The space includes private offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, a café, and artist lounge which creates a unique space to host the world’s most renowned artists and musicians. The office features a raised flooring system, which requires close coordination in terms of the company’s systems and the base building systems in terms of tying both systems in a harmonic matter and in compliance with the landlord requirements.

JUUL Labs Fit Out, Toronto ON
Responsible to deliver a leading electronic cigarette company’s first office in Canada, the 12,500 SF office space located in a Heritage Property, will serve as the Canadian headquarters for the company and acts as the home base for their sales and support staff. With a design lead out of California, this tightly scheduled and challenging project required significant coordination and collaboration to ensure a successful delivery to the client. As this company’s first project completed outside of the United States, many client expectations and processes had to be tailored towards the Canadian market, while still delivering the expected aesthetic.

Dentsu Aegis Network Office Consolidation Project, Toronto, ON
Responsible for consolidation of 4 independent offices, comprised of 16 Agencies, into a single new 80,000 SF centralized HQ facility in downtown Toronto, ON. Worked on in partnership with DAN’s vendor from Herman Millers, Sarina delivered a re-imagined workplace that aims to create a multi-functional, cooperative, and flexible “live-work” environment.

Uber Canada Office Renovation, Various, Toronto, ON
Working with Uber’s remote real estate and project team, Sarina was responsible for multiple local design and fit-outs for Uber Driver Centers and central offices ranging from 4,500 to 15,000SF in the Toronto Area.

Ernst & Young Office Renovation*, Toronto, ON
Responsible for delivering multi-phased and occupied renovations, the 28,000 SF four floors office space located in the Greater Toronto Area serves as the Canadian headquarters for the company. Sarina worked to implement a pilot project for EY’s new workspace standards ahead of a major relocation in 2017.
