Walter Spoja is an award-winning member of Toronto West’s Industrial division. He is responsible for sales, leasing, design-build, landlord and tenant representation and has been recognized by the company for his superior sales performance.

Mr. Spoja joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield LePage) in 1994 as a research analyst, allowing him to apply his academic training and study the real estate market in depth. Walter has concentrated on industrial real estate as a sales agent in 1996.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of Western Ontario. In his spare time he trains for and competes in endurance sports and has competed in events such as the Boston & New York marathons as well as the Hawaiian Ironman World Triathlon Championships.
