Christelle is a leading Real Estate research expert and joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2021 as the new Head of Research France. Her mission is to support the development of Cushman & Wakefield's activities in France by implementing the strategy around market intelligence, data and predictive models.
Christelle manages the French team of five analysts who publish more than 250 insights every year, covering all property types (offices, retail, logistics, residential, healthcare, hospitality, etc.), as well as forward-looking topics for occupiers and investors.
She previously worked as a Research Director for the Real Estate consultancy CBRE, which she joined in 2008 as a Senior Research Analyst. She has over 22 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.
Christelle holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Management from the Institut d'Urbanisme of Paris. She began her career at GRECAM as an analyst before joining the Observatoire Régional de l'Immobilier d'Entreprise d'Île-de-France as a Research Analyst and later as a Project Manager.
