Clemens von Arnim has headed C&W's Berlin Capital Markets team as International Partner since January 2017. He specialises in advising on and marketing commercial real estate in Berlin.

Von Armin has around 20 years of experience in the property sector and has concentrated mainly on Berlin for over 13 years. Prior to C&W, he worked for 4 years as an Associate Director at JLL, where he developed excellent references in office transactions in Berlin and helped JLL to become the market leader in Berlin. As an expert in structured processes, he was able to place all properties with various buyers and exceed purchase price expectations by up to 20%. 

In June 2024, he was appointed Regional Manager for the Eastern region in addition to heading the Capital Markets Berlin division. His appointment was made as part of the company's repositioning on the German market. The Eastern region comprises the capital Berlin as well as the federal states of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.
