As Head of Residential Investment Germany, Jan-Bastian Knod is responsible for sell- and buyside advice on portfolio transactions, strategic business plan advice, development of sales strategies and portfolio marketing.

In his role as Head of Healthcare Advisory, Jan is responsible for all portfolio transactions and alternative investments in the field of healthcare and nursing care real estate.

Prior to his current position as an Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, Jan-Bastian Knod worked for CBRE in the Portfolio Investment Team (Capital Markets). Jan-Bastian Knod gained further professional experience at Jones Lang LaSalle and in the location assessment department of REWE Finanz-eG.
