Michael Fleck is Head of the Frankfurt Capital Markets team. He and his team are responsible for buying and selling advice on all transactions in Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar areas. Michael has been active in the region and in the industry for more than 20 years. To date, his personal track record includes transactions with a volume of more than 3.5 billion euros. Michael Fleck is a fully qualified lawyer and IREBS-qualified real estate economist. Before joining C&W ten years ago, he was an asset manager at CR Investment Management GmbH in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, among other things. Michael Fleck has been branch manager of C&W's Frankfurt office since May 2024.
