Joyce Han is responsible for managing all business lines in the Shandong region. With more than 18 years’ management and operations experience in multinational and top 500 global companies, Joyce was awarded the role of global investment promotion ambassador of Shandong online platform by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce. The nomination was based on her rich experience in commercial real estate operations and asset management, together with her high degree of specialization in the planning and operation of HOPSCA projects, district development, industrial orientation and strategic implementation. 

While providing consulting services on industrial structure improvement, urban renewal and investment promotions, and maintaining long-term strategic cooperation with local governments at all levels in Shandong province, Joyce has managed more than 3 million sq m of real estate and promoted a number of unicorns, pre-unicorns and top 500 global enterprises to set up offices in the province. She has also been invited to join specialist intelligence teams of several government agencies.  

Under Joyce’s leadership, the Cushman & Wakefield Shandong Team has successfully worked on more than 100 challenging landmark projects, with specific specializations including project planning, design improvements, project analysis, project leasing and asset trading.
