Saurabh co-heads the Capital Markets service line at Cushman and Wakefield India. He has almost 20 years of experience in real estate services across the country and across multiple client segments including occupiers, investors, investment banks, developers, private equity (PE) players and corporate houses. He spearheads our initiatives to both developers and investors and helps them better manage and optimize the values of their real estate assets.

Saurabh has been involved in a variety of assignments including executing transactions and managing clients in all major markets across various real estate components (Land, Office, Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Industrial, etc.) and service offerings such as portfolio optimization, by way of sales/purchase, JV/JDA, structured debts, and PE.

Saurabh has worked extensively on identifying opportunities and delivering actionable intelligence to a host of clients including Corporate Entities, Developers, Governments and MNCs.
