She has worked extensively on a wide range of assignments including feasibilities, product development strategies, market entry strategies, market assessments etc., for clients across the public and private sector. 

Trishika has over 15 years of work experience and has spent 10 years of her career in real estate consulting.

Her experience has helped her build a nuanced understanding of various asset classes such as residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, student housing and other alternative asset classes.

She also has global exposure having worked in the UK for two years with Savills PLC and Cluttons LLP.
