However, the team faced some limitations:
- Construction was only allowed during the night and on weekends.
- Concurrent construction of affected areas had to meet tight project deadlines without affecting business operations.

In addition, we procured some items on behalf of Unilever, which expedited the procurement process.
03 THE RESULT
The project was completed on time without any disruption. With proper planning, strategic construction and coordination with all stakeholders, we were able to execute the project, exceeding Unilever’s expectations.
