Cushman & Wakefield has been ISO 9001 certified since 2010.

ISO 9001 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for implementing a Quality Management System (QMS). This standard is used in companies of all types and sizes around the world. ISO 9001 defines how an organisation must demonstrate its ability to provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable regulations, as well as continuously improve its quality system.

In addition, Cushman & Wakefield EMEA is currently implementing the Cushwake Goes Green (CGG) initiative which has led to ISO 14001 certification in 22 offices in EMEA.

Achieving ISO 14001 certification is of significant value to our business. Not only does it underline our commitment to environmental management, but it is also a very valuable aspect of various aspects of our operations. The certification can also help us to achieve our customers' environmental objectives.

The implementation of ISO 14001 will help us to systematise and organise the way we manage environmental protection through:

  • Idenfiying the legal requirements for environmental protection that affect us.
  • Identifiying the environmental aspects, i.e. the areas where our environmental impact is greatest.
    Knowing these points, we can set appropriate environmental targets.
