Vice Chair, Capital Markets, Canada • Canada

Lic #159074

Scott is the National Head of the Capital Markets Group in Canada. Under Scott’s leadership, the Capital Markets Group has transformed and evolved into one of Canada’s leading providers of capital markets services. At the core of the group’s transformation is the capital led approach that Scott and his team take to assignments. Whether its executing capital raises for open and closed-end funds or enhancing a client’s capital stack through debt or equity solutions, Scott’s authentic advisory approach has led to his team executing billions in investment sales and financing billions in capital, annually.

Along with his responsibilities in Canada, Scott sits on Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Capital Markets Leadership Committee, where he participates in developing inflow and outflow capital strategies for Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional clients looking for direct invest, co-invest, or fund investment opportunities around the world.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Scott worked in New York and London with Blackheath Financial, a leading capital markets advisor in commercial real estate. During his time at Blackheath Financial, Scott was responsible for the strategic growth of the capital markets group both in North America and Europe.
