The data and sources used are a combination of Cushman & Wakefield’s internal PBSA database, administrative student data and industry expertise. Cushman & Wakefield’s Specialist Markets PBSA Division produced the first report on this asset class in Ireland, when the sector began to flourish in 2016.
Ireland now boasts 8 Universities, and new legislation in 2018 has allowed for the establishment of a further 5 new Technological Universities. These, combined with Institutes of Technology, Colleges of Education, constituent Colleges, private Colleges, and Further Education Colleges, allows for a broad range of choices for perspective students in terms of qualifications, education fields and location throughout Ireland.
