Clonakilty Welcomes Cornish Fashion and Lifestyle Brand Seasalt

10/06/2019

Cushman & Wakefield are delighted to confirm that Seasalt, the Cornish fashion and lifestyle brand, is set to open its first store in Ireland this June in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.   Seasalt was drawn to the town’s vibrant character, proximity to the coast and its rich creative heritage.

The Clonakilty based store will be the first store that the UK retailer will open outside of the 63 stores that are currently located across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The company supplies approx. 400 stockists in the UK and internationally, in over 150 countries.  The Clonakilty shop will provide around 10 jobs to the people of the town.

The shop fit in Clonakilty was designed by Seasalt’s store experience team, who are also based in Falmouth. The interior design incorporates the architectural features of the building and generates a spacious shop floor, using natural materials throughout to create a distinctive Seasalt aesthetic.
