The Opportunity
AEW Europe and Borghese Real Estate are developing a high quality logistics parc close to Schiphol Airport Amsterdam. On a land plot of approx. 220.000 m2 in total 4 warehouses will be constructed with a total warehouse floor area of approx. 100.000 m2 After completion the warehouses will get a Breeam Very Good certificate.

The solution
Technical due diligence was done in the final design stage. On behalf of client technical negotiations were done. After purchasing the building client instructed C&W with project monitoring, costs control and quality control.
