Karolina has 13 years of experience in real estate transaction, advisory and research. She focuses on residential market as well as alternative investments (residential for rent, student and coliving). 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Karolina was a member of JLL’s Residential Investment team, which focused on transaction advisory involving residential rental assets, student housing, coliving and other income-generating assets in the living sector.

Since July 2012 – December 2018 she worked in REAS, a consulting company specialising in the area of residential real estate, and she was dealing with assignments related to consulting development projects and in issues related to the so-called Developers’ Act and drawing up information sheets.
