Katarzyna manages a team of consultants and analysts, specializing in different sectors of the real estate market in Poland as well as data automation processes. She focuses on business development, strategic advisory as well as analysis and forecasts regarding commercial and residential market in Poland.
She has been managing many projects including feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, as well as strategic consultancy for public sector entities and occupiers (location strategies, portfolio optimization, disposal strategies).
